Annual Assessment: $400.00 per lot for the 2027 calendar year.
Purpose: These funds directly support the ongoing maintenance of our community roads, lake upkeep, common areas, clubhouse operations, and general administrative services that protect and enhance property values throughout Emerald Valley.
By Mail: Please send your check made payable to Emerald Valley Lake Resort Club (EVRC) to our official mailing address or drop it off with the board treasurer.
