Pavilion Only: Great for casual outdoor get-togethers and picnics.

Pool Only: Dedicated poolside reservation.

Eligibility: Clubhouse and amenity rentals are exclusively for residents in good standing with the Emerald Valley Lake Resort Club.

Select Your Package & Pay: Choose your rental option above and use the corresponding payment button to complete your reservation fee and deposit.
You will receive an email: Confirming your reservation. Then again on the day of your rental you will get an email with the details of your reservation with the door code and instructions about how to leave the clubhouse after your stay.
Note: Facilities must be returned to condition in which they were received. Trash must be taken, lights and fans turned off, thermostat set to 78 (Summer) or 62 (Winter) and doors locked. A $50 cleaning fee will be incurred if facilities are not returned to prior condition.
