Regular Meeting: Join us on the second Monday of November (November 9, 2026) at 6:30 PM at the clubhouse for our next regular board meeting. We look forward to seeing our members there!
ALL Boats on the Lake: Please remember that an Official Clover Sticker AND your lot number (This is a rule) must be displayed on every boat on the lake at all times.
How to Get Yours: Stickers can be purchased during our regular meetings or by contacting the board directly at evrchoa@gmail.com to arrange for pickup.
4 Inch are $5 each (These are for all boats and pontoon's)
3Inch are $3 each (These are for small vessels such as Kayak's and paddle boards)
Annual HOA Meeting: Thank you to everyone who participated in our annual membership meeting and community updates.
Amenity & Facility Care: Routine maintenance for the pool and pavilion areas continues to ensure everything is ready for residents.
